Shipping
- How should I supply my shipping information?
Your shipping instructions must be submitted in writing (faxes and emails accepted).
- What information is required?
- Full physical street address (sorry, no PO boxes!) including zip code
- Is the destination a residential area, or commercial?
- If using a common carrier freight company:
- Does the destination have a truck high loading dock?
- Is an indoor delivery required?
- Will the shipment be accepted on the ground floor?
- For each destination:
- Quantity
- Purchase Order if applicable
- ALWAYS STATE IF PRODUCT MUST BE RECEIVED BY A SPECIFIC DATE (AND
SPECIFY THE DATE). AN EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHOD MAY BE REQUIRED.
UPS is now guaranteeing their ground shipment transit times, however if you have a drop dead date,
we still suggest that you send at least a portion of your job via an expedited method. The least
expensive expedited shipment method is 3-day service for deliveries in the contiguous 48 states.
Don't count the day the product ships or Saturday and Sundays (or holidays if applicable).
If time doesn't permit 3-day shipping, 2-day or overnight services are also available...but are
of course, more expensive.
There are peak times when UPS, as well as other carriers, do not guarantee transit times. As well,
even under normal operating standards ...things happen that can cause any shipment, even expedited
shipments, to not arrive as scheduled (weather delays, carrier rerouting, etc). When applicable, we
will assist in obtaining a refund of the guaranteed shipping cost. Brenner Printing is not liable
for late delivery; turning the package over to a reputable carrier constitutes delivery.
- What must I provide to get an estimated shipping cost?
Specifications of the job must be known (size, stocks, binding, etc).
Zip code of the destination address, if the destination is a residential or commercial
location, as well as quantity shipping to each location and the method of shipping (ground,
overnight, 2-day, 3-day etc). All shipping costs are ESTIMATED only and are subject to change
without notice.
- What methods of shipment do you use?
Most of our shipments are sent via UPS services. Depending on the size of
shipment or your requirements, we can also ship Fed Ex or common carrier freight.
- How long will a UPS ground shipment take?
Ground shipment transit times vary. Go to
here, using
78216 as the origin zip code for an average transit time. Do not count the ship date,
Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. As well, a Time-In Transit Calculator at the bottom of
this map can more specifically determine UPS’s guarantee of delivery time.
- I need my books for a convention...how can my books be shipped to get to
me on time?

- Can I use my own shipping account number?
All customer accounts are verified with the carrier to ensure the validity and
good standing of the account prior to our shipping with that account number. Most carriers will
complete this verification within one business day.
We will not ship upon an account that has not been favorably verified or that the carrier refuses
to verify.
