- Binding method or type of fold
- For publication printing
- Number of interior pages
- Plus cover or self cover
- Quantity
- Stock(s)
- Ink Colors List PMS colors when applicable
- Varnishes? UV Coating? Laminate? Etc.
- Packaging requirements (bulk, skid pack, box, shrink wrap, etc)
- All special requirements should be clearly stated
- Press check required?
- Required ship date and time
- Shipping requirements
