FTP
Sending files via FTP to our site requires the following steps:
- Compress files using Stuff-it or Zip.
- Make sure to keep your file names to UNDER 12 characters long.
- Send your files Binary.
- Log in using supplied password and username*
- Put files in assigned directory*
- Compressing the files before the transfer, will make file transfer quicker and will keep file type intact on your files.
- File names can include A-Z, a-z, 0-9, periods, commas, dashes, and underscores but should start with an alphabetic character.
